COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
Our complaints management process is compliant with RICS regulations, according to our RICS certification.
There are two phases:
In this first phase, we proceed to an in-depth analysis of your complaint and attempt to find a solution directly with you. Please address your written complaint to:
We will acknowledge receipt of your correspondence within 7 days. We will then do our utmost to address your claim as soon as possible and will respond within 28 days of sending the acknowledgement with either a full response or an update on how your claim is being treated if the full response is not yet complete.
If you are not satisfied following this process, there is a second phase.
This second phase allows you to contact an RICS-accredited independent body.
