Partner Real Estate – Knight Frank SA was mandated by Swisslife for the commercialisation of the SUMISURA building, a new construction in the Eaux-Vives area, which was in full development  with the CEVA train station. The challenge was to convince the companies to adopt a long-term strategy and to see the potential of this area. The main arguments were:

  • Division of surfaces
  • Provision of architect services
  • Lessor participation to the fit out
  • 6-12 months free rent

The result of this strategy was the lease of the 3’000m2 by well-known companies.
