PREKF took over the mandate and suggested the following strategies for a new building in Y-Parc technology centre which had been empty for over 12 months:
- Divide the top floor into smaller surfaces with offices from 30m2 to 200m2 and creation of communal areas (meeting room and kitchenette)
- Offer semi-finished spaces and free premises for surfaces over 200m2 to secure long-term leases.
The challenge was not only to convince smaller companies to remain at Y-Parc by creating an offer that addressed their needs, but also to attract larger companies by offering advantageous lease conditions.
